This Delivery Policy outlines our available delivery locations, methods, fees, and procedures.
1. Delivery & Pick-Up Options
We offer three convenient delivery methods:
a. Airport Delivery
Get your vehicle delivered directly to you upon arrival at the airport.

2. Delivery Timeframe
- Deliveries are scheduled during the booking process or via your user dashboard.
- We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance.
- Our team aims to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled time.
3. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth delivery:
- Be present at the delivery location at the agreed time.
- Carry a valid driver's license and a matching ID or passport.
- Inspect the vehicle and report any issues at the time of handover.
4. Failed Delivery Attempts
If the customer is unavailable:
- Our team will wait for up to 15 minutes at the delivery point.
- After that, the booking may be considered a no-show, and the delivery fee will be non-refundable.
- A re-delivery may be arranged at additional cost, based on location.
5. Vehicle Return / Pick-Up Options
You can also schedule your return location at the time of booking or later from your dashboard. Charges for return pickups follow the same rate structure as delivery.
6. Policy Changes
Dunya Car Rentals reserves the right to modify delivery charges, availability, or conditions. Any updates will be reflected on this page and during your booking checkout.
