By booking a vehicle on dunyacars.com, you agree to the following refund terms and conditions.
1. How to Cancel Your Booking
You can cancel your reservation directly from your user dashboard on https://dunyacars.com/manage-booking:
- Log into your account.
- Go to "My Bookings" or "Reservations".
- Select the booking you wish to cancel.
- Click "Cancel Reservation" and confirm.
Once cancelled, you will receive a confirmation email and, if eligible, a refund will be initiated.
2. Refund Eligibility
a. Free Cancellation
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled pick-up time are eligible for a full refund.
b. Late Cancellations
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
- No-shows or cancellations made after the scheduled pick-up time are non-refundable.
3. Booking Modifications
- You can modify your reservation (dates, times, or vehicle type) from your dashboard up to 24 hours before the rental period, subject to availability.
- If the modified booking is of lesser value, the difference may be refunded. If higher, the additional cost will be payable during the update.
4. Early Returns
If the vehicle is returned earlier than the scheduled return time, the unused portion of the rental is non-refundable. However, loyal customers may be eligible for credit towards future bookings, at our discretion.
5. Refund Timeline & Method
- Once your cancellation is processed, any applicable refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- If you haven't received your refund within this period, check with your bank or card issuer before contacting us.
6. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Driver fails to meet the minimum age or license requirements.
- Invalid/expired ID or license presented at pick-up.
- Violation of rental terms or misuse of vehicle.
- Car returned late, damaged, or unclean beyond normal usage.
- Reservation marked as no-show with no prior notice.
7. Force Majeure
In situations beyond your control (e.g. natural disasters, political unrest, or flight cancellations), we may allow rescheduling or partial refunds on a case-by-case basis.
